Invite your team
Bring colleagues into your workspace from the dashboard — no support ticket, no shared password. Everyone signs in with their own email and a one-time code.
01Inviting a colleague
Settings → Team → Invite a colleague. Admins only.
Open Team in the dashboard sidebar, type your colleague's work email, pick whether they join as member or admin, and send the invitation. They get an email with a link that is valid for seven days and works once.
- Resend emails a fresh link — the previous link stops working.
- Revoke kills the link immediately, even if the email is still in their inbox.
- The invitation is bound to the email you typed: nobody else can use the link.
02Accepting an invitation
Clicking the link, entering a 6-digit code, done.
The link opens a short page showing which workspace they were invited to, with a single button that takes them to the normal sign-in page with their email already filled in. They sign in with a one-time code, which both confirms the email is theirs and puts them into your workspace with access to every project in it.
03Roles: admin and member
Two roles: admin and member. Enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
The person who sends the invitation picks the role; member is preselected. An admin can change anyone's role later on the Team page.

The split is deliberate: admin owns the money and the roster, member owns the product. A member works with the data at full strength — including creating projects and both issuing and revoking API tokens — so invite people you would trust with your data, and keep billing and the roster with the people who should own them.
04Removing someone
Access ends immediately across every project in the workspace.
Removing a member on the Team page ends their access to every project in the workspace at once. Their Sumidata account itself stays — they simply no longer belong to your workspace. Data they collected stays where it is.
