Important: Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") is our payment processor. When you purchase a subscription, Stripe processes your payment. Sumidata is the seller of record. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
