14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with Sumidata within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Once approved:
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Refund: A refund returns money you've already paid. Refunds are subject to the eligibility criteria above.
The free plan (Maker tier) does not require payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. You can use the free plan indefinitely to evaluate Sumidata before upgrading.
If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier:
